TopNotch is a free app designed to hide the notch. No matter what your background image, it adds a black bar across the top of your Macbook.

Gestimer sits on your toolbar and when you click and drag it, a timer will be set. The further you drag it the longer the timer. You can also set it up to sync with Apple reminders. Disclaimer this is a paid app!

Better Snap Tool

BetterSnapTool simply adds window snapping features similar to windows. I’m not sure why Apple doesn’t bake this into MacOS. Fair warning this is a paid tool! I won’t post the price since it may be subject to change. If you don’t like the looks of BetterSnapTool you can also check out Magnet.
