Forza Connect Stream Deck Plugin

Install Forza Connect from Elgato Marketplace. The plugin supports Stream Deck on Windows.

Features

  • Speed — View live speed in MPH or KPH.
  • RPM — Monitor engine RPM as a tachometer, bar meter, or numeric display.
  • Vehicle Data — Track horsepower, torque, boost, fuel, gear, throttle, brake, clutch, and handbrake.
  • Race Data — See current lap, lap times, best lap, race position, total race time, and distance.
  • Suspension — Watch real-time suspension travel for each wheel.

Setup

  1. Launch Forza and open Settings → HUD & Gameplay.
  2. Scroll to the Data Out options and set:
    • Data Out: On
    • Data Out IP Address: localhost
    • Data Out IP Port: 23666
    • Data Out Packet Format: Car Dash (Motorsport only)
  3. Restart the game.

If telemetry does not appear after setup, confirm that the game is sending Data Out to port 23666. For more help, visit ChekTek Support.
